This card does nothing on its own, it costs a lot and it is hard to cast

Both were chase cards in their respective sets, but the Umbreon has a PSA 10 population of only about 700 compared to the Pikachu's 3,000+

There are only a couple of cards purely for life gain that are viable and they are all reuseable effects, most come bolted onto an already good card to make it even better value

Selling the set for the usual Standard price wouldve reduced that risk a lot, but that isnt the path Wizards has chosen

They rank from most rare, to less and less rare
